3 days before,I have a pain in my nose ,I feel just like swelling in internal my nose ,when I touch my nose its pain then I have jhukaam and fever also ,take medicine of fever ,it's al right but my nose have an issue internal

The problem you are having is called vestibular it is infection of skin inside the nose you need systematic antibiotics this may have occurred due to nasal pricking
