Pain in penis
So I was masturbating a week ago and my penis started to pain.After that my penis is paining even normally.i have a habit of masturbating daily due to which my penis developed lots of bigger viens now it's still paining near vein area also there is a red bump on vein of the penis it's been for a week now.is there a serious problem I should worry about? please tell me the reason why this is happening. Also because of covid I am scared to go to doctor please suggest some home remedy. Also is it priapism?
