Hello there! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pain in your rib, shoulder blades, sternum, and breast tissue. From the information you have provided, it is possible that you are experiencing musculoskeletal pain due to strain or injury. The pain you're experiencing may also be referred pain from the shoulder blades or other areas of your body.
I advise you to consult with a doctor before taking any painkillers. The doctor will be able to examine you and diagnose the root cause of your pain. They may also prescribe medication or suggest other treatments based on the underlying cause of your symptoms.
In the meantime, you may try the following measures to help alleviate your pain:
Rest and avoid activities that worsen the pain.
Apply ice or heat to the affected area.
Take over-the-counter pain relievers, such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen, but only after consulting with your doctor.
Practice good posture while working on the computer or lifting weights.
Engage in gentle stretching exercises or physical therapy, as prescribed by your doctor.
Lastly, it is worth noting that a healthy and balanced diet rich in calcium and vitamin D can help prevent bone loss and improve bone strength, which may be beneficial in the case of osteoporosis.
