Had lymph nodes in neck in 2007 and took medicine 4,six month now some ill opacities noted in my right lung in x ray do i need treatment again or i have tb?

Do u have any symptoms? First diagnosed should be done for that opacities?
Next Steps
further evaluation in form of sputum examinations/CT scan or bronchoscopy is needed.
