Pain in right abdomen due to cyst
In my ultrasound i have diagnosed with right ovary cyst of 54×44.38×30mm....is this a serious case...what shall i do for this..

Hello
The size of the cyst is small. Nothing to worry. Repeat a scan after 1 month to assess the situation of the cyst again. If it reduces then no problem at all.. if not then we have can use tablets to reduce the size. There is no need of surgery at this point
