  4. Pain in right arm. 2 days. please help!

Pain in right arm
I have shooting pain in right forearm and in biceps area. It started 6-7 hours post drinking beer in some party. Don't know if it's Coz or drinking or not. But it started all of sudden and has been there since 2 days . Please help
