  4. Pain in right hand. Contraceptive pills.

Pain in right hand
I am having severe pain in my right hand today ( from wrist to shoulder) but there is not any swelling. .I am an IT professional and work 8 to 9 hrs on computer daily. I have taken ipill ( emergency contraception) 15 days ago and currently I am on regular oral contraceptive pills. Please confirm if this pain is work related or a side effects of contraceptive pills.

this pain can be due to your prolonged use of the mouse and smartphone in addition to the domestic chores that you may be undertaking. reduce the use of the hand, work in an ergonomic manner and undertake ROM exs
