Pain in right shoulder and neck

Hi, My sister is suffering from a serious pain in right shoulder and neck, the pain is so intense that it spreads up leg and all over right part. I consulted a Neuro physician(DR A K singh) in patna & found in MRI report that mild disc desiccation at C2/c3 , c3/c4, c4/c5 and C5/C6 level with tiny posterior marginal osteophytes at c3c4c5 & C6.

Your sister appears to be having cervical spondylosis with brachial neuralgia. She should avoid sleeping on big pillows, avoid too much of smartphone usage, avoid lifting heavy weights and in general avoid straining the neck and arms.
