USG report normal.
Lot of reasons for pain n the place u mentioned.
Appendix.
IBS, lymphnodes etc etc etc.
Ct abdomen advisable.
Need to consume maximum liquid n semiliquid diet.

Pain in the area mentioned by you can be due to
early appendicitis, mesenteric adenitis, peptic ulcer, inflammatory bowel disease and many other causes.
If pain persists get a CT abdomen done.
