As per your complaints, a little more clinical history would be required to rule out the cause of pain, whether it is joint involvement or its of the muscular origin.
Next Steps
You might want to have your ANA levels checked before opting for a consult with a doctor nearby or here on practo (can be me or anyone else qualified)
Health Tips
In the meantime, you should do light physiotherapy exercises for this. Warm Compress is also beneficial. Do not take any painkillers recklessly.

Pain in the shoulder and hand could be due to musculoskeletal origin, however it could be nerve root pain of the cervical spine radiating to the shoulder and hand. You can use analgesic tablets like zerodol p twice daily for a few days.If the pain is not relieved consult with a orthopedist in your area.

I would advise the following based on the symptoms you have described: The pain in your left shoulder and hand that improves with rest and application of a spray suggests that you may be experiencing a musculoskeletal issue, such as a strain or inflammation of the shoulder or arm muscles. The fact that you can feel pain upon touching the area further supports this. It is important to have the condition evaluated by a healthcare professional, such as an orthopedist or a physical therapist, to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment. They may perform a physical examination, imaging tests, or other diagnostic procedures to arrive at a proper diagnosis. Treatment may involve a combination of rest, application of ice or heat, anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy, or other interventions depending on the specific condition. In some cases, further treatment such as steroid injections or even surgery may be necessary. I would recommend that you consult with me as soon as possible to have your condition properly evaluated and to receive the appropriate treatment. Delaying medical attention could lead to further complications or chronicity of the issue.

1. Rest and ice: Avoid activities that aggravate the pain and apply ice packs for 15-20 minutes, 3-4 times a day. 2. Stretching: Gentle stretching exercises like shoulder rolls, arm circles, and shoulder blade squeezes can help relieve tension. 3. Heat therapy: Apply heat packs or warm compresses to relax muscles and improve blood flow. 4. Exercise: Gentle exercises like shoulder blade slides, arm raises, and shoulder rotations can help maintain mobility. 5. Good posture: Maintain proper posture to avoid putting strain on your shoulder.
