It is possible that you have a habit or clenching or grinding your teeth. Please observe yourself throughout the day to check if your upper and lower teeth are always touching each other. When you are not eating/talking the teeth should have a certain amount of space between them. If you do observe that you keep the teeth together you will need to see a dentist about it. It is treatable after a correct diagnosis has been made. Also in case you are having a lot of acidic drinks/food avoid that
Next Steps
Observe your habits and get in touch with a dentist
Health Tips
Other things to keep an eye on Are you waking up with headaches or neck/jaw stiffness? This may be because of the same habit

Attach pics of upper and lower teeth to be able to guide you better. And describe the intensity, triggering factor of tooth pain. Brush teeth regularly by tooth brush and paste.
