Pain in tesricles
I have stage 3 non pulsating varicocele in left tesricle and. Grade 1 pulsating varicocele in right. Testicle. age 29 Is surgery compulsory? Or can it be treated with medecine?

Need to look at other details also. If there is any absolute indication according to reports u should get it done immediately or else Ur testis will get atrophied.
