Pain in testicle and abdomen

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have been suffering from headache,pain in abdomen and testicles for the past 5 months.I am unable to walk for longer distance and stand properly.my legs effected with numbness when I sit for a while.i met some doctors in my area and gone through blood and urine tests not found suspected.2 years back I came to know that I have UTI.
