Iam suffering from testicles and leg pain for last 1 month.the USG scanning gives grade 3 varicocele.is it dangerous

Hi Varicocele is dilated veins in testis. Its present in 15% of general population. It may result in either pain or in some cases infertility. Some people will not have any problems. If there is severe pain or infertility it will require surgery.
