Pain in testicles. The same problem!

I am suffering with pain in my testicles, it started in november 2016 i think, i have consulted a doctor and taken couple of medication and i was little ok, then i moved to my home town then once again the same problem occured again i have consulted a doctor, i have gone through scan the result came like spermatic chord mild funiclities, doctor gave me antibiotics i was fine for 1 month next month again same problem again i have consulted a doctor he gave me antibiotics i was fine, next month again the same problem occured this time again i have consulted a doctor and once again i have gone through scan the result was epydidymitis doctor suggested me to go through the medicines under his examination in the hospital, so i was hospitalised for 4 days and i was fine he gave me medicines for 30days i have taken them promptly, i was ok for 2months and again next month same problem this time only medication were give i have taken them for 5 days and now again the same problem
