Pain in testies and sperm comes out even
When ever i think about sex for long time and dont do than after few hours pain starts in my testies. N even sperm comes out while uraniting sometimes... I even dont last much longer in bad sometimes sperm comes out even while doing foreplay

I think whatever you are feeling is something most men will go through. I do not think you should worry on it. remember sperm production is a continuous process and taking medications to reduce the sperm output does more harm than good.
