Pain in the Hamstring ans back of knees
I have pain in the hamstrings and back of my knees when I try to do a toe touch. This pain reduces when I slightly bend my knees while doing it. Additionally i have pain in the adductor abductor area and and unable to lift my leg( or lift with great difficulty) beyond a certain point.( For example getting off a bike)
