Sides of the calves hurt , burning sensation in certain parts of the knee and ankle , sudden sharp pain in random areas sometimes accompanied with similar pain in the left lower back region. Pain subsides when leg is placed in certain positions. Can walk around 100 steps before pain starts again then need to sit and rest before walking again. Cannot stand still for more than a minute. Most extreme pain felt while standing for long. Also pain is more extreme in the morning soon as I wake up. Everything happening to only the left leg. Right leg and back absolutely fine

Considering your symptoms, you might be having a slipped disc which is pinging on the nerves to the leg. Consult a pain physician, neurologist or orthopedic surgeon for further clinical evaluation.
