Pain in the legs and weak ness
My mother is 88 years. Her ESR is 20. She has swelling in her lower limbs. Her all other parameters are near normal except for protein levels which are slightly low.

Swelling in the limbs can be due to a variety of reasons. You should get get renal function and heart evaluated with rft and ecg respectively. The esr is well within the normal limit.
