Pain in the upper portion of right thigh
I am having pain in the upper portion of my right thigh for last 4-5 days. Mainly near the nerve area of thigh. Have tried massaging with pain relief oil, pain subsides for sometime. But, still the pain comes back after 3-4 hours. Please advise what to do.

Pain confined only to thigh is more likely to be due to muscle pain, if pain is in lower back also along with the thigh region, we need to consider the possibility of sciatica pain.
Next Steps
try using Tab Hifenac MR after food twice daily for 2 days, if pain is still persisting better get a consultation with doctor, might need to get a scan done.
Health Tips
avoid lifting weights, sitting on ground and bending forward.
