Intermittent right upper abdominal pain that has been there for a long time is suggestive of gallbladder diseases. Sometimes, this can also be accompanied by early satiety or bloating/tightness after meals, and excessive flatulence. I suggest you get an ultrasound scan of your abdomen, and meet me/ another laparoscopic surgeon with the report.
