Pain in wrist
I ma having pain in my left wrist. It pains more when twisted and when rotated in circular motion. Seems like there is some issue with muscle/nerves near it.

It can be a ganglion in the wrist which comes in the movements which is usually mentioned.. You can visit an orthopaedic for the same .. wear a wrist band with thumb support for protection
