Pain near navel
Passing foul smelling gas since yesterday(had ciplox tz for 12 days{5days then again for 7 days},which ended on monday),I take probiotic rich foods everyday(also supplement),still its happening,also sharp pin like pain near navel..kindly help me...

Other causes need to be evaluated. Like GASTRITIS, worm infestation, appendicitis, etc. Discuss in details about your SYMPTOMS. Like motions vomitings anorexia if any etc and many more
Next Steps
avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.  plant based diet.
