Have soft food strictly. Use spoon for having any food, do not use hand. Do not open mouth wide, while yawning/speaking loudly/ do not clench teeth. If having any kind of fruits, have in very small small pieces. Chew with both sided back teeth. Do not keep checking for prrogress by opening or closing your mouth,it will make the condition worse, may cause pain. Hold partially mouthful of luke warm salt water for as long as possible for several times a day. If there is unavoidable discomfort and feeling of  muscle fatigueness, T.myospas /myotop P, twice a day for 7 days. After food. Antacid along if required.
