  4. Pain on left side of stomach. This mean?

Pain on left side of stomach
I have been diagnosed with PCOS and hence have irregular periods ,I got my last periods on 23rd August after taking progesterone tablets...since last week I am having a bloating sensation of stomach nausea and pain on left side of stomach today morning I did a pregnancy test at home and got a slightly visible line but on doing a urine test it came positive...what does this mean??

This means you are pregnant. Go for sonography for further confirmation.
