Pain on tip of penis while urine pass

Asked for Male, 35 Years

I m feeling pain on tip of penis while passing the urine from last one week with little inflammation.Feels like something is inturrpting while passing the urine on the last top of penis.Smtimes a needle like pain is also felt while walking on same place.Consulted urologist and he replied that somthing stone like or distal lesion has formed .He has written Ultrasound ,Urine culture,Pcv,TLC ,CBC.Ultrsound test result is normal.What will b d remedy?Will surgery b required.?
