Feels pain pop up sounds while crunching sound from right side chest And hving cough from lst many days any thing serious??? Xray chest seems to be normal

Hello, if X-RAY normal, t Tab DERIPHYLLIN retard 150 two times. Tab azee500 one per day both for five days NEBULIZETION BY DUOLIN TWO TIMES FOR THREE DAYS SYR ambrodil plus ten ml three times.plenty of liquids, light diet. Hot water FOAMENTATION WITH HOT WAETR BAG. Ok.
