Pain under & on side of the left heel
I landed badly on the outer side of my left foot while dancing and since then my heel is hurting. There is tenderness and swelling too. It's about one week since I have had this issue. I put ice pack one and felt better. But yesterday, I walked quite a lot and now the pain has aggravated.
