Pain while having sex
My penis skin is tight when penis is erect. I am able to pull my skin completely when it is in flaccid state. when it is erect also I can pull my skin completely but when I have sex without condom I feel pain because the skin is tight. Only when having sex my skin which is attached to glans is painful. What should I do for this? Are there any medicines for this? Or should I go for frenuloplasty?

It's likely to be phimosis. Don't ignore. Please see Doctor and get it checked. Otherwise it may turn serious

As you only said The sling is tight, so either the frenulum is holding or it’s the complete foreskin holding So after examination we can decide weather you need Circumcision or frenuloplasty And ya, no medical management for it Only surgical You can try many options but that will be temporarily Gold standard is Surgical
