  4. Painful hard lump. Any suggestions?

Painful hard lump
I have a round shaped hard bump with yellow and black in the middle. It’s swollen and red around surface. Approximately the size of a quarter under the skin surface. It’s extremely painful with everything movement I make. Any suggestions?
