Thank you doctor . But it seem that its difficult to find that medicines in market. Pls suggest me any other medicine which can be find easily in market. I know one medicine which called ibrufen is it right medicine for that . Or if there any other medicine exist then pls inform me . I will be greatly thankful to u.
