Painless clicking sensation in throat
Hello respected sir/maam. Please read carefully and try to understand me. January, 2022 I was jogging with my elder brother. It was very cold weather(12°C). Suddenly I felt that my throat had dried because of cold air. At that time there(at my throat) was mild, painless clicking sensation.I ignored it. But the sensation was not going. Today November, 2024 the clicking sensation is still at my throat when I swallow.Even the sensation is now more powerful. But there is no pain. And I have no breathing issues. But the clicking sensation is irritating me. Sometimes I feel anxious. Please please help me. I want to live peacefully. Suggest me what should I do and what is the reason behind the problem. Is it curable Thank you

Your question has the answer in itself that you are feeling anxious because of that clicking sound. I suggest you consult a therapist if any ENT doctor was not able to give you a good answer. Unless you have some physical difficulty there is no cause of alarm. You can get an MRI neck and cervical spine to allay your fears if any.
