Painless vs painfull vaccination
As per doctors suggestions,we selected painless vaccination and of brand " infranix hexa" given to my daughter.our doctor told that painfull vaccination does not have IPV1 so he suggested painless vaccination. But after giving vaccination I found that pain full vaccination is better . Can I go for second dose for pain full vaccination with different brand also is it fine if this will not contain IPv2 .

Brands doesn't matter. You can go for any other different brand next time without any issue.
Next Steps
Also you do get IPV included brands both with or without fever. Sometimes it may not be available only due to the short supply from the vaccine company.

Better continue same vaccine b/c in immunity not enough difference. At time of injection both cause pain but later on less reaction with so called painless.

Painful and painless is just the reaction to the vaccine component. Otherwise the immunity gained is nearly same. Yes. You can go for other brands of vaccines but better if given vaccine containing injectable polio IPV in it.
