Pains in stomach
I'm having stomach pains in my lower belly. It feels like pressure pushing down on me. And also my back in the lower part is hurting. It feels like I'm peeeing on myself but I'm not. I'm 43 years old and still have a monthly period.

I would suggest to go  for abdominal scanning to know the uterine position.. If it is  retroverted or mild prolapsed or bladder prolapse also may cause  these symptoms ..so after scanning consult gynaecologist
