Palor and Dizzy Spells
I was diagnosed with systemic viral infection. I've just been discharged after suffering from fever, body pains, and palor. Now people are telling me I'm still pale amd I also get the dizzy spells. What's wrong with me?

It is normal for your body to feel weak after a viral infection. Usually your blood counts fall, that being the reason for your pallor.

Consider eating healthy diet with green leafy vegetables, gooseberry, plenty of oral fluids.
