Panchakarma at Home
I have neck spasms(Doctors say this is due to anxiety). I am planning to do full body massage with lukewarm Dhanawantharam oil. Then do some Yoga and Pranayama. And then half an hour later apply some sesame oil on face and steam the face. And then later put one drop of Anu thailam. And then after half an hour take bath with Lukewarm water. Does this approach work? I am planning to do this every morning. Please let me know any contradictions. P:S- I have also Hypothyroidism along with weak eyesight. And I am comfortable with Nasya treatment done earlier on me

Also do Anjana after nasya If TSH value is much higher more than 10 you will have to take one tab for three months ayurvedic and check as it may take time otherwise. Do a good hot water bath after massage and then do yoga etc
