U are suffering fron anxiety disorder with panic attack. This situation is treated by 2 steps. ●1st step- Medical way - consult psychiatrist or homoeopathic doctor or me and take proper treatment and also follow up treatment.Medication is necessary in this situation. ●2nd - Psychological help - Consult Psychologist or me online or offline and take proper psychotherapy and counselling. Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety is overwhelming, consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.

There are many reasons for the above stated conditions.. Consider the following 1. Get your blood pressure checked. 2. Get your thyroid checked. 3. Get sugar checked. 4. Get your hemoglobin checked. If all the above are good then go to a mental health professional if not go to a physician and get these fixed your issues will go away
