Panic attacks after sexual acts
I'm 16 and I've been with my boyfriend one and a half years. We haven't done anything sexual but I feel ready too. However when we try and take a tiny baby step forward (like trying to do any foreplay or little things like that) I will be completely fine until I see my parents. For some unknown reason when they come home i get so anxious I'm sick

We have conscious mind and subconscious mind.In your age sexual act is not right.So when your parents come your subconscious mind gets disappointed and show this with anxiety and sickness.
