  4. Panic question. My hands so am i safe!

Someone next to me threw up in class yeserday and im terrified she is still contagious, i wont catch her cold or whatever it is because it was yesterday. I have terrible anxiety and i am horrified of getting sick. I continually use hand sanitizer and wash my hands so am i safe
