Paracetamol during pregnancy
Hello Since morning my body feels very painful like fever and stressful I couldn't stand for a long time I'm 14weeks pregnant I took dolo 650 one tablet because I couldn't even take care of my baby kindly let me know is it safe to have paracetamol during pregnancy I'm worried whether there are any option for painkiller

You can take  it safely, if required  also you can take 2 or 3 times daily  for 2 or 3 days. But get checked  if symptoms  persists  even  after 2 days.
