I got a pretty bad migraine day before yesterday, probably due to sleep deprivation. Since the only painkiller I had on hand was paracetamol, I took one and fell asleep. Since then though, I've had a slight fever on and off. I also feel very lethargic.
Just to repeat, I had absolutely no fever before taking the paracetamol, only a migraine from the past 2 days which I get often anyway.
So is it possible that paracetamol is not suiting me or something?

It is not a good deal to take medicines in this age group, avoid pain killers always as these having more side effects and damage in the body. Try home remedy and dietary changes to get rid from such ailments is the best solution. Try these home remedies to get rid such issues:
1. Take 1 cup of grape juice, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon fennel and 1/2 teaspoon sandalwood powder, and consume it twice a day. This is very powerful remedy and having cool effects.
2. Take dietary fibre more as to remove constipation, if constipation there it promote headache or migraine.
3. Add 2 drops of lavender oil to two cups of boiling water and inhale the steam. Very effective remedy.. Immediate results

It’s mainly due to migraine and it’s aura and post migraine symptom not by paracetamol
Avoid these thing to prevent migraine-:-:
Stress. Stress at work or home can cause migraines.
Sensory stimuli. Bright lights and sun glare can induce migraines, as can loud sounds. Strong smells — including perfume, paint thinner, secondhand smoke and others — trigger migraines in some people.
Sleep changes. Missing sleep, getting too much sleep or jet lag can trigger migraines in some people.

Weather changes. A change of weather or barometric pressure can prompt a migraine.
Medications. Oral contraceptives and vasodilators, such as nitroglycerin, can aggravate migraines.
Foods. Aged cheeses and salty and processed foods might trigger migraines. So might skipping meals or fasting.
Food additives. These include the sweetener aspartame and the preservative monosodium glutamate (MSG), found in many foods.
