Taking rasa medicines for a longer period is not good and you may not get the same result what you had initially. Ashwagandha is a herbal medicine you can have that medicine. Better to go with Manasa Mitra vati thrice daily along with Saraswatharista 20 ml twice daily with equal quantity of water for 3 months.Weakly once have full body massage with steam and Shirodhara, this will give relaxation to the body and mind.

You are on the right track with Paramanand Rasa, Ashwagandha, and B12, but sleep quality may still be affected by work exertion, mental stress, and lifestyle habits. Ayurvedic Tips for Better Sleep: Herbal Support: Brahmi and Jatamansi tablets (1 before bed) for calming the nervous system. Shankhpushpi syrup (10 ml with warm milk) to improve sleep depth. Tagara (Valeriana wallichii) – a natural sedative herb. Lifestyle Adjustments: Avoid screens 1 hour before bed. Reduce work-related mental stimulation post-evening. Try Bhramari Pranayama (humming breath) for 5 minutes before sleeping. Diet & Routine: Warm milk with nutmeg or ghee before bed. Avoid caffeine, excess tea, and spicy food at night. Massage soles with warm Brahmi oil before bed. If sleep issues persist, reassess stress levels and consider a short panchakarma detox for nervous system balance.
