I have been taking paramanand rasa ayurvedic medicine for last 3 years due to anxiety issues recently I started reducing the dose to half and added Ashwaganda and natural vitamin b12 ayurvedic tablets along with minimum dose of paramanand rasa I feel good mentally and energy is also good but due to work exertion and same lifestyle my sleep has not improved yet as it should be.. I go to bed early but only lying can feel the lack of quality sleep hours

Taking rasa medicines for a longer period is not good and you may not get the same result what you had initially. Ashwagandha is a herbal medicine you can have that medicine. Better to go with Manasa Mitra vati thrice daily along with Saraswatharista 20 ml twice daily with equal quantity of water for 3 months.Weakly once have full body massage with steam and Shirodhara,this will give relaxation to the body and mind.
