ParaMeniscus tear with cyst -grade 2
Hi Doctor, Grade2 with horizontal tear involving anterior horn and body of later meniscus in association with the paramensicual tear with measuring 37*16*11 mm. Can you please advise is there a permanent treatment for this. Is it curable with tablets or surgery is required for permanent cure. Thanks, Sai Sudha.

Yes arthroscopy is required in ur case

Depends on how painful and symptomatic your knee is. If you can't do your daily activities or severe pain will need Arthroscopy surgery and excision. Cysts are common after tears. Yes it is curable only with surgery

Not really curable with tablets, you need an arthroscopic debridement for this.

You may require arthroscopic surgery for this depending on your symptoms. Tablets will give only temporary pain relief,  but will not take care of the tear
