The best medicines for hallucinations in Parkinson's are Quetiapine and Clozapine. It should settle down. This commonly occurs with medicines for Parkinson and drug holidays can be given.

Hallucinations can occur in few who are being treated with Syndopa. However if confusion still persist then she needs comprehensive assesment to find out the cause. Parkin can be given, but i recommend you to discuss with the neurologist and go ahead.
Next Steps
Neurology consultation.
