I have a 3 month old infant and my husband and father in law smoke inside the house in the other room. Then they come and play with him without changing clothes , they only wash there hands. Could this have any harmful effects on my child .

Yes,absolutely!! Not just second hand,but even third hand smoke from cigarettes is equally harmful.
