Dear Dr. On my left side of head there is section in which hair loss has occurred in patch portion. My age is 29Years.

It could be alopecia areata going by your description. But nothing can be said for sure unless it is examined by a dermatologist. Alopecia areata is an immune related condition which comes as patches of baldness. Please send photos or come for a personal consult before it increases in size or new patches appear. It is treatable.
