PCOD is a wrong terminology it's not a disease its a syndrome The diagnosis is by an ultrasound There is no type of pcos

Treatment of PCOD varies if you are trying or pregnancy or not To answer your question we need to take your history and look at all the blood tests results and ratios to advise you better. Usually we advised to scan on day2/3 of your cycle and you may need follow up scan if you are trying for a baby
