I have PCOS. Doctor prescribed Corectia M twice daily once after breakfast and once after dinner. For how long should I continue this medicine? And what else can I do to get regular periods?

Take bittergourd and amla and jamuns daily
Reduce oil
Take plenty of onions and garlic and tomatoes
Take a spoon of methi seeds soak up in water over night and take next morning
Brisk walking three times a week for 20 minutes
Avoid non-veg and egg yellow
Take fish and egg white
Avoid fast food
