  4. Pcos cured. What is the reason for this?

My wife had pcos but cured before 7months we were planning from 3 months but this month she has missed the periods for 5 days and prega test is negative .. what is the reason for this

Do a serum b hcg blood test and if negative wait for menses and try for pregnancy for three more months and if she does not conceive see a gynaecologist
