Pcos irregular periods and spotting
I've been getting irregular periods for the last 3 months and I've been spotting almost daily Sometimes I spot for 6-7 days and it stops for 3-4 days and again it's back at it! I've had pcos but I'm getting this problem again after almost 9 years! Been eating loette as per my gynaec but it's not helping I'm still spotting !! What do I do!!
